I work with banks and insurance companies as their eyes and ears when there are concerns for the property they have a lien or coverage on.
I had to do a full condition inspection on a Mack and a International truck for a really nice guy today. Really tough knowing he might lose his trucks.
I don't like that part of my job, especially when its a house.
Take care of your stuff. Banks are usually more lenient when you are communicating and taking care of your gear. If you are not paying and not taking care of it, you are decreasing its value and they might want it before it gets worse.
Be careful out there.
