Thinking of switching

My wife and I have been driving team for the last 4 years with another expediting company. Up to recently we have been very happy with them. But of late we have been getting fewer and fewer miles (less than 2000 per week) and a lot of discounted frt. We have been taking a hard look at Panther. Could any of you that drive team for Panther gives us some insight to what they are really like? Have talked with a few single drivers and they say they are straving to death. Do they live up to their contract? We know someone that is in the process of signing on with them and they have been dealing with Mike in recruiting. How is he to work with? Would love to hear the good and bad.How does John having 13 trucks signed on effect other O/O's? Thanks--look forward to the input.

Did you ever think about looking into Tri-State? They're freight may
pay a little less than Panther II's but the truck is usually rolling.
A normal week for a team is $2,500-$3,500 and you do get paid every
week and have a very reasonable insurance rate. Check it out!
