So all the links have the same common idea. They all talk about different people all doing the same thing. In the case of the culinary school they are setteling. However is this to become the new NORM as a way to get out from debt.
Like the Young women in this one wants to open her own bakery.Did she really think 8 months of school would give her the tools she needed to do it?Or take the guy in this one he was at the time 40 years old and worked as a silicon valley software engineer.(So he has to be some what smart right?)Yet he belived with just going to school he would become a highly regarded chef.REALLY?No one gets out of school and is highly regarded with out putting in the work first.
Boiling mad: Culinary school graduates claim they were ripped off, sue to get their money back
Take the lady in this one she wants to go to school and then transfer her credits to the state school. She blame the first school for her not being able to transfer her credit even though befor she enrolled one of the first things she should have done is to check with the state college would take her credits from the first school.

This lady needs to get real. She has been out of school for just five months and she wants her 70 grand back because as she puts it "They have not tried hard enough to help me"
JOBLESS GRAD SUES COLLEGE FOR 70G TUITION - NYPOST.com
This one perhaps to me is the worst one. These guys are sueing their law schools saying their degree is Indetured servitude now the funny thing about this is that two of the GRADS are now working fulltime as lawyers and the third who got his degree last yeat is still looking.

So IMHO people that claim to be smart and are willing to spend thousands of dollars and years of their time are stupid enough to do so with out doing their own research. Its their own fault.I belive that if any of these people get their money back they should be forced to give up their degree. So should these case be allowed to go to trial or should they be tossed out?
