Many times behind the pretty smile, behind the Sunday praise, there is a person who is hurting. She's alone. His life is in turmoil. When someone is struggling, reach out. Be a healer. Be a restorer. Take time to wipe away the tears.

Our job is not to judge. ( now that's tough ) Your job, my job is not to figure out if someone deserves something, or to decide who is right or who is wrong, but to lift the fallen, to restore the broken, and to heal the hurting as best you can.

Folks in here have lost loved ones or a co-driver buddy and many have sent encouraging words to help restore those who were hurting in a time of need. Keep up the good work you all do here, we never know who may need it.........life does have to many issues and lots of tissues.

As the middle class shrinks, there will be less and less to give as people batten down the hatches and deem themselves already barely making it.

It steamrolls and progressively gets worse. I agree, we should hold out a hand....but those hands are drawing inward in self protect mode all the while. With the miles I got this last week (no ones fault, just the way it is right now) the shower tips at truck stops were cut, as were waitress tips.

Sometimes I give more, this week it was pretty much what's expected.
