Yeap, they feel the need to grow the gov and to own bank stock in small banks and then force the banks to lend money and to penalize them with forcing then to pay the gov higher dividens on the stock they own if they don't make the loans the gov wants them to...looks like fannie and freddie all over again..only this time with the Fed owning the banks....
