EXPEDITOR EXPO this past weekend. We offered a special price for Accounting & Bookkeeping Fees for Tax Year 2011 to save you $150.00

1. You can send your original or copies of them Monthly
by Standard or Priority Mail via the Postal Service,
Fedex, or UPS Ground. or E-mail me Monthly with
scanned copies attached, which works very well.

2. We Sort and add your receipts by Vendors Name, and
Categorize each by tax reference code for your return
3. We transfer a copy all all of your receipts into
a Document Manager for safe keeping on my
Computer, and make a compete backup that if you
lose your originals we have them on file for you, if
there is the possibility of an IRS audit.
3. We also recomend you making copies of the following
prior to sending them to me for anything that is
printed on Thermal Paper as:
a. Ohio, Indiania, NY, PA. Mass. plus any other states
that I really do not know exactly, but, most bridge
tolls, and border crossings
b. Any fuel tickets that are Pump delivered
especially for (Cargo Vans), But there are others.
c. When you receive Fuel tickets, Make sure they are
ledgeable with date, gallons, total price, do not
include additonal additives and oil, please highlight
those on a separate receipt if possible.
d. When you purchase items for your truck, especially
Wal-Mart, and others
4. If you are audited and I prepare your tax return I can
discuss how I prepared your Return under a Federal
Infomation Form 8821, Which must be signed and
returned to me ASAP.
5. Do not send any personal information to me via
e-mail for security reasons:
a. Name
b. Address
c. City, State, Zip+4
d. All Social Security Numbers and dates of Births.
e. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WHICH CAN
BE DOWNLOAD FROM MY WEB SITE AT
