Tapatalk update?

Had anyone updated today? The reviews are pretty bad, something about it being too dark or something. Guess they want to induce free version users to update to one of their paid, themed versions. Without a way to fall back to a previous version, I don't want to update to the new one without more opinions.

I have a paid version so its pink lol. The free version i also updated today, as you said, and it sucks. Can't read anything

In the updated version? From the reviews, it sounded as though they did away with those.

Yeah. I updated, saw that it had a different look, and went to the Settings to see the new options. It has a different look, but it's hardly too dark. Mine defaulted to look just like the screenshots. Seems readable enough with a black text on a light beige-orange background. But again, you can change that to whatever you want.

Pretty sure my problem is my phone. They are being replaced with an entirely new model as soon as we get somewhere to have it shipped. The update is still installing, again :what: so I assume that and the fact that my phone is eternally stuck on preparing internal memory may have something to do with it.
