Crazy accident that happened just before 1pm yesterday afternoon. Area was still shut down at 11pm.

This youtube video is very disturbing. No one tried to help this driver. All the passerby's assumed he was dead, engulfed by the flames or smoke. Then he breaks the windshield to escape.
