Well he just raised taxes on the middle class, gee I wonder what happened to Obama's promise not to do exactly that. Please tell me this is the boiling point that brings the government to its knees so they can be put back in their place.

OVM, you are right, small business will start dropping coverage on their employees and pay the fines.....

another nail in the coffin to American businesses....America is getting to be a hostile country to set up a business....high corporate taxes and this....gee whiz....so much for new jobs...

According to this ruling, anything as long as it is a "tax". You know things like sugar, stamps and tea, I guess, if they wanted to impose such "taxes".

That is one of the big issues I see coming up, all these low class and a large portion of middle class employers will just drop their coverage and pay the fine. Then all those workers end up on Medicare or Medicaid which of course will tell the doctors and hospitals that they will only get paid X% of their charges. This will force hospitals to cut back on wages, employees, and worse yet qualified employees. The hospitals and doctors will also have higher markups for individuals than they already do to help make up for the loss of income.

Romneycare is totally legal, it was done on the state level....
I know that....But it shows where his head is at at....does he support this at the federal level?
Romney care is old news and was done on the state level. To use it as an excuse for ocare is a joke. You can laugh but sorry to say it is the only chance we have at getting rid of obamacare. One of two people are gonna be our next president I know where my vote is going.

If could vote, Romney would be my choice by default...LOL....Obama has literally done nothing....this country has been at a stand still...if not a step backwards....At least with the Bushes the country was in neutral, Obama put it into reverse

By the sc saying that the mandate is a tax, that takes the "Commerce Clause" out of the arguement...if the laft had said this was a tax, it never would have passed....if the right in congress doesnt open this back up and gut it and or overhaul it, i will work with and donate money the the Libratarian Party to get these *******s out of office....
