This is why laws are set up for the elite.
No foreclosure should be administered unless notice is given, address confirmed, and person who owns the possessions of stated dwelling is present during the procedure. They may own the house....but have no claim to possessions, unless court ordered, due to excessive debt.
Kinda like those swat teams raiding the wrong house and shooting an innocent......when all they had to do was pick the perpetrator up on the street, at work, or when out and about. This case should not even be an issue (and was not, back in the day) full restitution, replace all items, you broke the law.
