Straight truck insurance

I'm currently doing the research, and planning the finances on purchasing my first truck. If I get a class 7 truck, a 2000, and keep with Panther, can anybody give me a random guess as to what my monthly insurance would cost? I'm just looking for a ballpark figure, nothing too specific. Just trying to put the whole expenditures and profits thing together.

Your actual truck insurance is 4% with Panther. If your truck value is $30,000 the insurance is $1200 or $23.08 per week. I don't remember the other insurance costs right off but that covers the truck itself.

Thanks Leo, I appreciate you sharing your wisdom. the So do you think I can cover everything of insurance with $600 a month?

Unless you buy an extremely expensive truck I don't see why that wouldn't cover it, providing you are talking about physical damage, liability, etc. and not adding medical into that. If you want truck and health insurance for $600 a month that is probably pushing things.
