That is great news for any of us who have been wrongly inspected at a roadside inspection! Thanks for the great post! I hope all state agaency take a note from this conviction! Hoowaahh!!

This case is great news for all of us. I carry a Camcorder with me on the truck. I WILL use it anytime I feel that the public's safety is at risk or my rights are being violated. I have been stopped for inspection on several occasions, but as of now, all have been safe and the officers have acted in a professional manner. But I wont hesitate to use it if the occasion arises.

Wish he had been around when Pa DOT pulled a level 1 "Safety" inspection on the truck I was riding in in hauling 1.3 g explosives. As trooper 'A' was inspecting us trooper B and C decided they wanted to take a close look at a gasoline tanker and pulled him in alongside and about 10 ft forward of us..
Said troopers were so diligently protecting the safety of the motoring public they never seemed to notice the 5 motocyclists who had pulled over and decided they were going to use the same area for a smoke break.
