Hello... sorry, i am new to this. i am sure this has been addressed, but i have seen so many conflicting statements regarding it. if i am a SOLE driver, do i need to comply with the sleeper cab requirements? or can i log off and sleep in the back seat. it seams to me that the sleeper requirements are intended for multiple drivers, where one is driving and the other is sleeping. why else would they require such things as a safety harness unless the vehicle was moving? thank you for any clarification.

Ah, gotch ya........ sorry, can't help. Don't know about hotshotting in pickups.
Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but i noticed you asked the exact same question in a hotshot thread of a different forum. I think you got some good answers from those guys. For the most part, most of the posters here on EO are expediters driving vans not pick-ups.
