KDL, the answer to your question will require some additional information. Primarily, will this truck be running as a solo or as a team truck? As a general rule, most of the major companies can keep a team rolling although some carriers will specialize more in western regions.
If the truck will be running as a solo, the Hours of Service regulations will tend to keep the truck running mainly in the Eastern half of the US and probably Ontario (that's where most of the freight is). There is a whole lot of territory between the Mississippi River and Los Angeles (or) Portland (or) Seattle - a lot more than a single driver can pull off legally when the freight is hot and a straight through transit is mandatory.
