Anyone had to replace the radiator in their Rigmaster? Mine has to be replaced and is only 2.5 years old. I talked to Rigmaster, "the new company". Mike told me the "old" company had to buy 3000 radiators on the intial order to get them from China. They are all aluminum including the tank. According to Mike, road vibration causes the welds to crack! When I questioned about the vibration of the unit itself, he said they compensate for that. I don't buy that. Anyhow, I got them down to $200 + $27 fore shipping on a new one. They would have built one out of copper, but would take a couple of weeks. Didn't ask about the cost. The radiator shop here in Baltimore would build one out of copper for $350 and about a week. They suggested getting the one from rigmaster and when they put it in they will put 6 rubber bushings on the mounting bolts to hopefully reduce vibration. Supposedly, the new Rigmaster design uses a different radiator, made of copper!
