Back in it's heyday it was as popular and active as expeditersonline is now, maybe even moreso.
I was the administrator of the forums there and attempted early on to have them focus on this expediter thing, but never received any support from management.
I see they are now "owned and operated" by layover.com ... and have began a new platform for forums.
Their day went bye-bye years ago .... I think it is just throwing good money after bad.
Hopefully the folks here will ALWAYS remember what makes a forum successful is the COMMUNITY!
