Just recently Robin and I took delivery of our new Peterbilt that we bought from Rush Peterbilt of Dallas Texas. We feel we should share our experience with this purchase. First we met with the sales agent Randy Mitchell who listened to us on what we wanted in the truck and the things we expected out of the truck. Randy went to work for us a put together a beautiful truck that does exactly what we want it to do at a fair price. The truck was built and delivered on time. The truck was clean and with fuel in it!!! After the sale Randy will answer and return your calls promptly. Randy and other Rush Peterbilt staff members did an fantastic job and continue to be available to answer any questions we have for them. Last week we were in the area and stopped in just to say hi and one point we ask Randy how to adjust the headlights and in 10 minutes the service advisor came out and adjusted them for us. This whole experience has been 100% better than when be bought our brand x truck two years ago from brand x dealer. Thanks to all the good folks at Rush Peterbilt.
