Is there an app that will track your mileage automatically from state line to line??

Not that I'm aware of but all the Rand McNally truck GPS units do

Garmin GPS`s will record the state mileage for IFTA also.

If you use the big road app to do your logging, there is a way for it to record that as well, but I think you need to pay the 15 a month to use that feature.
