I have a pet peeve. Why can't people understand that, headlight were designed to be used, not just at night, but during inclement weather.
The most excuse i hear is i can ee where i am going. This is fine, but what about when i can't see you and I almost hit you because you did not have your lights on, in your dark colored car.
This should also be used, when the day turns into dusk.
O and one more thing, PLEASE, turn your signal off after a lane change.

That's what I am saying...ALL the lights should be on when the car is running:)

I'm with you on this! I always turn on my headlights when the the conditions call for it, not just at night but during the day when it is raining, or when it is foggy (obviously). I think that everyone has forgotten at least once to turn off their indicator when switching lanes, but usually it shouldn't happen, it's a matter of concentration and situational awareness I guess.

Having your lights on, on a bright sunny day makes it easier for people to spot you in mirrors. Lights on for safety 100% of the time you are rolling imo.
