Permits to drive through newyork? HELP!

Team, I have a load going to Mass from ohio so i will driver through newyork state

I have a 26,000 truck do I need any exrrq permit/permits to drive a box truck through new York??

I have apportioned plates from Tx

You need a ny hut sticker or a single trip permit

Highway use tax

Now my first carrier didn’t have that and still does not have a hut account set up. I got a ticket for not having it (which I made him pay!!!!) but in his mind a $100 ticket every few years was better than the paperwork....

It's cheaper to register it and if you doing Interstate com, less hustles with permits..

I am going to be in the turn pike all the way so I only pay tolls
