Performance Monitoring

Is there any way to reset the Performance Monitoring function on our QC's?
Ours has been running since August. I would like to be able to use it to see how our fuel mileage changes week to week and in different driving conditions.

I've called on weekends and been given tips on how to unlock screen, etc.
They'll tell you all you're allowed to know.

Interested to know what you find out. When the units first came out, ours used to reset every Monday at 2000 hours. Now, it's completely random, but definitely much more random than yours, Jim.

Maybe a call to Tom in QC in the morning?

I talked to Tom in CLink. He said they are supposed to reset once a week. Will try to get ours to reset that way too.

I know for a fact that ours resets more often than once per week. During my 11 hour driving time alone, it is not uncommon for it to zero out after I have gotten fuel, or even in the middle of driving while the truck is moving down the interstate. It is accurate on our truck; just wish someone would tell the truth---or knew the truth of when it resets.
