Wellll, only you can say whats good where you are concerned, as each of us has our own expense level. I would be very interested in how the d/h miles are figured as it would seem alot of "authorized" 95 mile d/h runs are on the horizon(with ALOT more, but doubtfully authorized) I would bet they only pay "autho'd" d/h..not that the d/h rate is all that hot,it doesn't even cover fuel! But an experienced class D expeditor..(?) should know that and be able to come to terms with the offer and consider the variables ie; rep of the company, other drivers(with that co.) input, written agreement/lease,$$ you need to run and live, expenses they require of you,the last 12 mos. avg.miles of fleet by truck, etc.etc. Just my personal deffinition of "experienced". If it fits you-go...but you knew that.
Keep it between the lines and take care of each other.
