Why does Panther keep putting on trucks.. I have been with them going on 4 years and find myself sitting more than ever and not getting any miles. and why are they brokering out so many loads when you have trucks sitting with out loads.. this is the second time in a month that I have been stuck in the chicago area over the weekend.. I keep hearing things will get better. how much longer can a person wait this out..

because panther only looks after themself not the owners/drivers. think about it panther owns no trucks so the more trucks they sign on the more money panther makes and the less you make. for every driver that quits panther there are 5 more in class the nexst day looking to take your spot. I use to own 4 vans with them now im done. found more money local driving for my vans

there will come a time when a company will place their O/o's first and when that day happens they will be the ones with all the experienced, proven people and they will get the good customers, because they will know that their freight is being taken care of by the best, then the big companies will be shaking their heads wondering what happened. At least it makes for a nice dream I love it when things have a happy ending,or the good guys win, who knows it could happen, lol

I can't figure out how they do it? How do they hire on so many trucks? I have been calling them for 2 weeks and get put on hold, they look up my application and say "let me call you right back" but never do. I have this problem with several other top companies... Maybe they need to hire me as a reqruiter, I have top notch customer service skills and know how to call people back, if its just to say, "hello, we have your application"
