Oil Pressure and Temp. guage

Can anyone tell me what the normal operating temperature is for the 8.3 Cummins engine in my FL70?

The oil pressure runs around 60 psi when traveling at 60 mph, when I slow down to an idle it drops to around 20 psi is this normal?

mine runs around 30-35 lbs at idle and around the 70 lb mark at 65 or so the temp gauge usally sit just over the half mark.
