oil changes for a d unit

What are the approximate prices for oil changes for the most common c and d unit trucks.
What intervals do you run and do you prefer synthetic oil

Speedco is my primary vendor. 2 filters on an ISC and 22 qts. of oil, have risen now to $153 this month. That is up by $25 over last year, due to new oil, and a recent other increase. I use Delvac and if I got Baldwins, and Rotella, I could shave $10-$15 off that. I change the secondary (suction side) fuel filter every other time, and I carry a spare as they are hard to find. Usually I stop at a Cummins place and buy two. I will stick with Delvac regardless, my oil pressure is higher, and consumption is less...
