hi all i have a qustion about a company called Watkins & Shepard Trucking they say have a good traning program and they put into a truck right after traning ofcorse alot campanys say alot of things i know this is a none expediting qustion which is what i want to get into sooner or later but looks like a hard bussiness toget into with out ever working it before so i hope someone can help and give me some ansers replys would be great good or bad thanks

You may want to drive for an owner operator first, before you get your own vehicle to see if trucking otr is for you.

I have had dealings with Watkins & Shepard. They are a company that will put you threw their training, and have you ride with someone that they have certified as a trainer. After the time period they have deemed proper to insure that you have enough time with a trainer on the road, they will put you in a truck and turn you out on your own.
