Newbie, Need advice

Hello everyone. I'm currently here in St. Louis, MO. I am looking to get into this business and would like some advice on how to get it started up and going? I'm thinking of getting a cargo van as a starter. How much is average pay? Please any suggestions and advice would really help a lot. Thank you.

I'd really love to come to the convention but as of right now I am in Florida on vacation.
