Have them check their spam block. If it's not there - they may have an submitted an incorrect email address. Have them drop an email to Carol and she can assist them

Ok, new member got both emails, A registration is complete email with a link to sign in, and a Reg Confirmation email...thing is, when a log in is attempted....a box pops up saying "user is unknown or password is wrong....enter email addy to change password", ...when that is filled in , it pops another box saying email stating:
You have not entered an email address that we recognize. Please try again or contact the administrator.
Tried emailing carol back...and his email has been tagged as SPAM!
What to do...Fella just wants to try EO out..... THX
