Has anyone switched over to the new pay Fedex is offering at a percentage of what they charge the customer instead of the per loaded mile base pay? If you have, are you making more or less now?
Less, the percentage rate is low. They wouldn’t make the change in your favor. Some loads are are 2-300 less when compared per mile. The old percentage of 70% wasn’t bad. It was better than the straight per mile. When fuel charge comes back down you’ll see how cheap the rate is.
