New Dodge slogan- Imported from Detroit.

Have you noticed the new ads for the Dodge products? The new slogan is Imported from Detroit. During the pre-race programming today, they had that slogan behind a new Dodge Challenger. I thought that was really good advertising until I discovered that it was built at the Brampton Assembly plant in Ontario. I'm not knocking our neighbors to the North by any means. It just seemed funny Imported from Detroit and actually built in Canada.

Don't forget, Mexico to St. Catherines Ontario engine plant so that they can supply engines to Oshawa, Ontario for the great American muscle car, the Camaro!
Are there any true American cars left? I guess maybe they should be called North American.

The junk they build today,,hmmm..Im a 60s kid,,,when cars did have some muscle and sounded good, IMHO

Junk? How often do you see any late model car on the side of the road. They might not have the style or the sound, but they're way more reliable and efficient.
