New cell carrier recommendation?

. Now I'm back with T-M, but as in your case, the net connection is slower than a dial up.

When I was with TMo, I was happy with data speed in their 4G areas, but I missed a lot of calls from dispatch, and more than once it left me sitting. When TMo changed their data plan, it gave me the opportunity to get out of my contract.

My current version of Android on the phone is 4.0.4
My current version of PDANet on the phone is 4.01
My current phone is a Motorola Droid Bionic, which won't get the Jelly Bean update until sometime in April, May or June.

If your phone gets updated to Android 4.1 or later, PDANet doesn't work.

I'm using an S3 with 4.1.2 and PDANet+ with no issues.
