Need Help

For the past three years I have been an owner/operator of a van leased to FedEx Custom Critical. I recently developed a non-correctable problem with the sight in my right eye. I am unable to meet the DOT vision requirement for my medical and notified the company to remove me as a driver. I must continue to work to take care of my family. I need help in finding reputable expediting companies that would allow me to continue working with a regular operator's license and no DOT medical requirement. Is what I'm thinking doable? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
