I am one of those that get sick from msg In large amounts....usely it's with a bout of up set stomach and some mild diarrhea.....but gos away after a few hours.

Now food poisoning is not a fun thing....the last time I got real food poisoning I almost went to the hospital because I could not stop stuff from coming out my mouth and butt.....I can say that sleeping in the bathtub is not fun.
