4 Tablespoons sugar
4 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg (beaten)
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
small splash Vanilla
Put dry ingredients in a microwave safe coffee mug.
Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk and oil and vanilla. Mix well
Microwave at full power for three minutes.
Let cool and enjoy your chocolate cake
This can be mixed at home, placed in a plastic bag, frozen to use later.
