Was Ken in a cage too? Lol

Nope...neither one of them was...hence the wild eyed look. Bummer was the king of the hill so to speak and probably the father of all the wild ones....

Would be cheap to implement, and should be effective....IF the manager keeps on it...

I am thinking maybe the old whiteboard way?.....the supervisor chalks issues to be addressed during the period and as they are resolved the supervisor could wipe them off...sort of make it a goal orientated thingee...
I don't think Ron realizes...just how isolated we are....LOL
Chalkboard? Really? The color thing on fleetvision is better, but just add one color. Bright red for going home. It could not be mistaken.
Remember John said they have 37 requests in for changes. If there is a log jam anywhere, it's with the software provider. Computers are fast, the humans that program them are not.
I've always been one that said dispatchers should ride in a truck. Looks like we should sit with a dispatcher for a while. I don't know how big the fleet is now, but trying to keep everyone moving, keeping track of requests, load bids, etc can't be easy. Then there's Ken.
Change takes time. We'll just have to be patient. At least here, we know someone is listening.

I noted that in a previous post
I know that Steve....but Red is taken.....LOL
What good would it do...doing thru a Macro? How would that work?...they aren't going to remember if it isn't staring them in the face...just sayin
I think that's a great idea. Dispatcher rides for a day, driver sits with dispatch for a day! Lol
Now that would be a nightmare to put together!Still a good idea Steve.
Back in the college days, I took basic, FORTRAN and Cobalt. FORTRAN was a nightmare. The system would only pick up the first 10 syntax errors. You might have 500 cards, but if there was an error on the each of the first 10, you had to correct those, then put them all back thru. Could take a week sometimes on one little problem.
Basic and Cobalt were a little easier, but still time consuming.

Ok, black then or purple, whatever. I always send a freeform message giving the date I want to go home. Usually a week in advance.
Fleetvision is their main tool. I would say that it is where it should stare them in the face. Just trying to keep it a simple solution without putting more on their plate.

Ok...I am good with that.....whatever is effective.....another colour for 1st outs as well?
No..remember John tried last year and it could not be done with the software...Doesn't the system keep track of that already as in mac 19?
