looking for some advice

My wife and I are looking at switching from class A driving to a straight truck. No, we are not looking to purchase, at least, not to start. We both have plenty of experience, clean records, and low CSA scores. Here is the advice we are looking for:

1) Where would be a good place to start looking for fleet owners to drive for?

2) What kind of pay might we be looking at on average? (From reading some of the posts here already, I think it's more about revenue generated and not miles?)

3) When are the up and down seasons for expedite freight?

4) What kind of hometime would we be looking at? (We are willing to stay out for 4-8 weeks, possibly longer if we see money coming in)

Thanks, I'm looking into them, but they seem like a lease purchase kind of deal, and thats definetly not what we are looking for, but I'll give them a call and see.

I may be wrong, but I think the lease is just an option that they offer. I'm pretty sure there are a couple members at least that are just driving for them.
