Was looking for drivers opinions on various companys as to which offer the best opportunity for new drivers.I was looking at Tri-State,but curious to hear from other drivers and their opinions.Looking for something that offers reasonable hometime,pay,benefits,and rider program.Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Home time is up to the owner of the truck, not the carrier.

As an independent contractor leased to a carrier you are responsible for any benefits that you wish to pay for on a private basis.
