Just got some really good news (at least on my end).
In November a medical lab bill showed up from 2 years ago for $636.
This was the first I had heard about this.
Been going round and round over this. Initially found out it was declined due to lack of insurance (which I had), yet the bill stayed buried for over 2 years. Recently, I got the were going to send it to collections letter
I definitely didn't want that to happened. One way or another I would pay it to avoid it going to collections and messing up my credit score, preferably with some insurance help.
Today I got the news.
They verified I did have coverage at the time, and they screwed up. And the account has been closed
Apparently, they are not legally able to back bill a insurance company, so they are eating the bill.
So bad for them, but good for me

Slowly but surely getting back into it. Sat in Latta, SC until Wednesday evening, then did a Charleston to Dayton, TN on Thursday. Yesterday, Knoxville to Cleveland. Now in Seville at the Pilot.
