This is a story about a church that performed what is being called prostitution but they call it freedom of religion. Do we just allow religions to do things like this because it is a victimless crime? It is against the law but if this is their established religion isn't the law infringing on their rights? It seems to me they were creating a defense from the start but I don't believe most of the holistic people are playing with a full deck so it could just be my prejudice.

Only in Nevada. :D

That's a question for the judiciary to decide. Probably numerous times, both for & against, as the losing side appeals, all the way to the SC, which is hardly ever unanimous, so who knows?

Do you mean all 'holistic' people? Including healing, or just religion?
