Leg room?

I don't know about the rest of the van people here but does anybody have any tips for making more leg room in a Chevy Express? I am a big dude (6' 5") and have problems with my right knee and cannot no matter how hard I try keep it from hurting while driving the company Express van. My Astro is even worse. Ugh.

Anyways, has anybody moved the driver's seat back? If so how much headache was it?

TIA!

go to a body shop and they should be able to move back seat to
where it will work for you and have to move seat belt etc, and what
every else has to be down, if chevy dealer has a body shop they should know how to do it

That's an idea. Thanks Geo. The other option I have considered is a 3500 single rear wheel truck with a small box. My personal wheels is a Chevy C2500 X-cab and I can drive that truck for *hours* without making my knee mad. I saw a nice used truck recently but it was a tad expensive and had a power lift that was pretty much in the way.

Well I just bought a nice used 2001 GMC Savana 3500 with a 10' cube on it. Funny but I am comfortable driving it. The Express (not sure what year it is) I was driving was god awful to drive. I don't get it. It's almost the same truck.
