lease purchase agreement

I am looking for a truck to team drive on a lease purchase basis. Does anyone know anyone that I can contact to secure a truck.

I would love to buy direct, but due to stupid decisions when I was younger, I can't make that purchase.

I have nine years in expediting, and this is the only way I see to go from driver to O/O.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Be careful what you sign!!!

Some lease purchases may be a fair deal, but there are some arraingments that could ruin you before you really get going. We narrowly avoided a lease agreement that required $1800 per month plus fees that changed each time the offer was repeated, plus 15% of the gross each month, to be spent as the owner saw fit. Instead we got a really old truck, ran it for a really short time and stepped up to a less old truck. Good Luck...

I have a copy right here of a lease purchase agreement I would love to copy and paste in...if I was technilogically advanced..Ha

Its a No money down dont use a credit agency 250.00 per week arrangement but...its based on a 90 cpm base pay and are you listening? they take 3 different escrows from that 0.90 one is 0.07 cpm, 0.15 cpm and another 0.04 cpm thats 0.26 right off the top..

then figure in your fuel and insurance...plus your will work for food sign, crayons. and you might have some money left over for those 49 cent hamburgers on Wednesdays at the golden arches.

Have a lawyer look at any contract...if the company tells you that they dont want you to have a lawyer look it over...you know its the wrong place anyway.

Lease Purchase plans in the trucking industry, are one of the biggest finacial mistakes you can make. Most folks, that don't have the money or resources for a legitimate business startup,(well thought out business plan, and risk capital), are under the misguided impression that a lease purchase plan is an inexpensive way to get started. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The plans are always geared to make the other guy money, NOT YOU!!!

Bottom line, If you want to keep the shirt on your back, stay away from lease purchase plans.
