I am new to this, and was wondering if anyone had a copy of a Lease agreement that I could review.I assume I have to sign something. Is it alright to wear a uniform with company logo, and drive my truck with their name on the side without being considered an employee? Should I pay them to do that, or should they pay me for advertising. Is it better for me to become an Independent Contractor or Owner Operator (seems like the same to me) or become an employee. I really need help. Thank you

Each lease agreement is different. Most will send you a copy on request in my experience. For sure the lease agreement will not be changed to accomodate you or anyone else, so if you don´t like the agreement, don´t sign. The lease agreements are contractual agreements. Reading your post, you sound like you should drive for somebody else and see if expediting is for you. Give it at least six months.
