I attended the one in Nashville and of course there was allot of safety discussion and HOS rules changes.
Darin Mark from Landstar was basically the facilitator and was willing to discuss or answer any questions.
Mr. Mark also made himself available after the main seminar as well.
A rep from FEDX CC was also there.
I thought it was worth while to attend but someone else may have a different opinion.
