As they ramp up production you'll see a lot more in the cities. These are the newest ideas on saving fuel. Paccar is one of the first out the door with such an animal and is hopefully ideal for city p&d. have to wait and see the results of using them in the real world but since the technology is basically proven by toyota and honda it should prove to be a good thing. Not much use for long hauls.
