Found this in the Washington Post. We all carry them, you do check them every year, and recharge if needed?
Now there is a recall on certain models listed below. Also check their website Kiddie.com, or www.cpsc.gov

Models on recall were manufactured in Mexico between October 2007 and April 2008.
