Many of you know or saw that I was looking for help to get a truck in for a valve adjustment. I have been trying for weeks. I have asked around and I have tried to do this everywhere the truck has been and even in my home town. No luck. I went to see Frank Bauer at FYDA In Cincinnati. Told him of my woes. Told him of the trucks travel and the route he would be on. Frank took the time to get on the phone and started calling places along the route. Bingo! He got my truck and driver an appointment at his destination. Now that is service and he topped it off by handing me a bunch of Christmas goodies. I just wanted to mention this as a great big positive for customer service. If more folks were willing to help like this it would be a wonderful world. Thanks Frank!
