In a meeting with a customer, he stated our TT peddling to drugstores was 15 minutes late one day last week.
That was unacceptable with the crew there waiting to unload.
When it was mentioned that the only assistance at that store is 72 year old Charlie, the customer replied that Charlie was “ a crew of one ! “

Blew an air hose yesterday while under the load. 1 hour detour to a dealership that had the part. 5-minute replacement, done myself. Slept 4 hours last night.
Still arriving 2 hours earlier than planned.
