How many accidents your vans had in the last 2-3 years?For some reasons they dont want you there... I have an o/o friend he had 2 accidends in the last 3 years,one major, one small ,he received the same rate....

As a matter of fact there were two accidents, not my drivers' fault though... anyway, it was long before those accidents when they tried to skin me alive...

did you try getting a commercial quote on progressive.com? I had them come back cheaper than what an agent quotes.
if it is call in with the quote number and just add the cargo
