Iraqi Yellowcake Uranium Reaches Canada

Did anyone catch the scant coverage of this story? I suppose we all remember the claim by Wilson, Plame and others that Saddam Hussein didn't have access to yellowcake uranium, didn't try to get any from Niger, and that he wasn't in the WMD business.

As time passes it will become even more clear to the doubting Thomases why we are in Iraq. Although I'm not a huge Bush fan, one has to admire the integrity and good judgement displayed in keeping the existance of this stuff under wraps until it's disposal was arranged and completed. Unfortunately, in the very near future someone is going to have to deal with Iran's nuclear ambitions since they've been allowed to progress well beyond the stages of Saddam's development.

I posted that about a month ago....and it got pretty much ignored as well....I said then why wouldn't the U.S have kept it or got the bargain and brought it here to use...
