When you say qualified partners do you mean someone that will become a part owner of Bolt express, be part of the group that sets company policy and get a share of the company profits at the end of the year? If not then why not just say we need qualified O/Os to run expedited freight for Bolt express. This way there would be no confusion as to what you are really looking for.

I tried that route once with a major expediting company but we could not get together on a price. Although there offer was quite a bit more than they paid there O/Os it still was not close to what i charge. I decided after that to just stick with my regular customers.
